Al Steins has NEVER been 93kg, it is all a lie. It's like being hit by a tank when ALL 100+kg hits you. Trust me I remember clearly "I think". It still hurts. Keep on keeping on Al, you make us old Aussie guys proud to know that someone can actually survive even after all the brain cells we killed in the early 90's.

No sure how I ended up on this site, but great to see that the side is still going strong. I played flanker in side around 1986-1991 that included ''Percy and Kiwi  et al '', and lots of British Aerospace employed players ,with some Saudi Aramco players joining us at times ... Lots of great memories of the after match socials in the local compounds. Nothing has changes - great home team but quickly de-hydrated when playing away !

Belive it or not I am still playing first team rugby every week at 46 - tight head prop now for Stafford Saints . I still have lads of pics somewhere of the parties and the games if anyone would like to get in touch - steve@c3consultants.co.uk . I married ''Jules'' Clark from Aramco (Terry Manning's ex girlfriend), and we are very happy with two kids . Thanks for chearing my day up, and keep it up lads :). If there's a vets game or a reunion happening let me know about it  ....

"I wanna be a Khobar eagle, Khobar eagle, deep sea diver, sixty nine-er" For those of the 97-99 season, Rod Callum and his songs will invoke many fond memories, Reekster, Cookie, Al Lewis, Jim King, cheesy, Brian and Glenn driving from Jeddah to Khobar without a car radio, Days of glory in Bahrain (sponsored by Stein lager) and hot afternoons trudging on the Pepsi Cola ground or Jubail.
Good luck the Quinn’s and remembers there is a long line of history associated with the club whom always ensured they were a good touring team, see you at the 7’s

Greetings from Florida!  I had the great oppotunity to play with the "Eagles" during the Oct 94' Honolulu, Hawaii tour...........awesome time!  Not sure you guys would remember me since you were in such a "haze"  I was the Air Force guy that did the kicking............Cheers!  Drew

Great to see 'Khobar' still going strong!  Was Chairman and 1st Team Captain between 2000 to 2002, but after yet more injuries and ever more family committments, the boots were finally discarded!  Am now living in Zurich, Switzerland after 5 years in Canada...but still travel back to the Magic Kingdom every now and then on business. Will look in on the website every now and again...Great Work!!
